Job Description :
Inference Labs is seeking a Junior AI Researcher passionate about the intersection of AI, blockchain, and cryptography. In this role, the candidate will bridge technical research with digital communication to shape the public narrative around AI inference verification, zero-knowledge machine learning (zkML), and decentralized computing.
Key responsibilities include monitoring social media accounts, developing short-form content, and engaging with our community across platforms such as Twitter / X, Telegram, Discord, and Medium. Additionally, the candidate will write research-backed articles, analyze industry trends, and distill complex technical content into compelling, accessible narratives that contribute to thought leadership in the space.
This position is ideal for someone with a passion for Web3, machine learning, cryptographic protocols, and digital communities, along with the ability and curiosity to interpret and follow real-time communications. The role requires staying actively engaged in industry conversations, rapidly synthesizing emerging discussions, and translating them into meaningful insights. A successful candidate will thrive on being at the forefront of emerging trends and championing clear messaging, supported by exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a strong grasp of technological, programming, and AI-related terminology.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Research
- Monitor Partners, Competitors, and Industry leader’s Twitter posts, Articles, and News Releases.
- Assess and write compelling short format Twitter posts, and threads.
- Write and publish high-quality articles, blog posts, and research summaries on AI, zkML or Cryptography, AI Agents, and decentralized AI infrastructure.
- Translate complex technical concepts into engaging, digestible content for a broad audience.
Community Engagement with our Telegram and Discord communities

Qualification :
As a Junior AI Researcher - Content & Community Engagement at Inference Labs, the ideal candidate will be pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field such as Deep Learning, coupled with a passion for writing and communications. Preferably within Web3 or AI sectors. The role demands an understanding of terms used in artificial intelligence, blockchain, and or cryptographic technologies, and we expect that candidates are already actively hacking, researching, or working within one of these areas.
In addition to their technical acumen, the candidate must have a genuine passion for social media, particularly on platforms such as Twitter / X, Telegram, and Discord, and be extremely proficient at leveraging these communication tools. They should be adept at monitoring and engaging with industry discussions in real time, curating insights from dynamic conversations, and transforming technical content into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences. This blend of technical expertise and digital communication skills is essential to drive thought leadership and active community engagement at Inference Labs.

Compensation :
Full time salaried, negotiable based on skills and experience.
Salary range : $75,000 - $100,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
