Job description

Title: Project Controls Analyst

Location: Mirabel, QC 3 days onsite / 2 days remote max

Salary Range: T4 - $38.50 | INC - $46 (MAX Rates)

Duration: 9 Months

Introduction

Join a leading aerospace company in a dynamic role where you will be responsible for supporting project controls and management activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a major client and contribute to high-impact projects within the aerospace industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience, ideally up to 6 years if rate-compatible
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or Project Management
  • Experience in reporting, KPI updates, dashboard maintenance
  • Budget tracking support, forecast/variance support
  • Governance follow-up, RAID/risk log tracking, action tracking
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Portfolio support, project controls experience
  • Experience with Planisware or similar PPM tool
  • Cost tracking and executive reporting exposure

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update project dashboards and KPIs
  • Track budgets and support forecasting activities
  • Follow up on governance processes and maintain risk/action logs
