We’re not afraid of trying new things; if the case is made for a new technology or approach, our developers know it will be tried.As a Software Development Manager , you will be a part of the CARFAX Data, AI & ML team reporting to the Senior Software Development Manager. You will be leading a team of Software Engineers and QA Engineers to build products, platforms, and pipelines to support machine learning initiatives at CARFAX. This position will require 2 days in the London, ON office subject to change with future business needs. What you’ll be doing :
- Build high-performing teams by providing clear goals and continuous feedback
- Improve team and individual performance
- Establish clear goals and objectives that align with Department and Corporate Game Plans
- Provide continuous feedback to engineers through regular 1-on-1 meetings
- Develop self-organizing and self-directing teams
- Coach teams to practice Agile Development methodologies
- Coach teams to use TDD to deliver high quality software releases
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
- Contributing to team deliverables

This posting is for an existing vacancy. Base Salary :
The anticipated base salary range for this position is CAD $100,000 to $140,000 annually. Final base salary will be determined based on geographical location, experience, and qualifications.
