Join Our Team as a Facility Caretaker!
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Caretaker to maintain the cleanliness and to take care of equipment in the our club (gym + swimming pool) location North Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a presence in the facility and serve as a welcoming point of contact for gym users.
• Clean up and put equipment away after usage.
• Educate facility users about rules and guidelines.
• Ensure that locker and shower rooms are clean and maintained.
• Verify that the pool and hot tub are in proper working order.
• Complete the Connect Team Report, including:
• Perform a security sweep of the facility.
• Confirm that the facility is vacant at closing time.

Submit photos at the end of the day (11 PM) confirming that:

• The gym facility is vacant.
• Any equipment issues are reported.
• Locker rooms and showers are clean.
• The pool and hot tub are in good working order and clean.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Hands-on approach to facility cleanliness and maintenance.
• Strong computer skills to manage reporting and digital systems used for daily tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21/h

Schedule: Working hours: 5 pm – 11 pm, Monday -Friday

Experience: Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)

Starting date: April

Location: North Vancouver
