  • Agir comme point de contact principal entre la direction de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et les équipes technologiques
  • Gérer le portefeuille TI de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (intake, priorisation, gouvernance)
  • Définir et exécuter une feuille de route de transformation numérique sur plusieurs années
  • Traduire les besoins d’affaires en solutions technologiques (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS) et inversement

Job Title

Principal IT Digital Transformation Lead – Supply Chain Digital Experience

Summary

In this strategic role, you will serve as the Digital Transformation Lead (DTL) for Canada Supply Chain, acting as the primary bridge between business leaders and Technology teams. You will drive modernization across warehousing, distribution, logistics, and order management, translating business priorities into scalable technology solutions that enhance efficiency and competitive advantage.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain leadership and Technology teams
  • Own and manage the Supply Chain IT portfolio, including demand intake, prioritization, and governance
  • Define and execute a multi-year digital transformation roadmap
  • Translate business needs into technology solutions (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS) and vice versa
  • Partner with stakeholders across warehousing, distribution, and logistics to identify improvements
  • Lead business case development for transformation initiatives and investments
  • Ensure end-to-end supply chain processes are stable, optimized, and scalable
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical operational and system issues
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business outcomes

  • Strong background in technology, data, and ERP systems (WMS, TMS, OMS)
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with VP/SVP-level stakeholders
  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Strong operational excellence mindset

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
