Salary : SUMMARY :
Were looking for a Driver Recruiter to join our Saskatoon team. In this role, youll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified truck drivers to meet our operational needs. From sourcing candidates to coordinating onboarding, you'll manage the full recruitment process. As the first point of contact for prospective drivers, youll represent our values and ensure all hires meet both company and regulatory standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, communicates with ease, and has a sharp eye for detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Proactively source and attract qualified truck driver candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to support current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate the full onboarding process, including background checks, driving record verifications, and required documentation
- Ensure all driver hires meet regulatory, safety, and company policy requirementsincluding drug testing and certifications
- Act as the first point of contact for new drivers, providing guidance and a positive experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
- Work closely with other departments to address driver concerns and resolve issues quickly
- Regularly review and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
