Salary range $50,000-$55,000+ Commissions

My client is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as an Insurance Account Manager. If you're a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career in Insurance that comes with growth potential.

Responsibilities:

Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Develop and maintain relationships with centre of influences.
Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Engage with clients and the community through social media platforms and participate in community events to enhance the company's presence.

What Will Make You Successful:

Sales experience (outbound and inbounds sales).
Customer service experience.
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
Proactive in problem-solving.
Presentation skills preferred.
Time management skills.

To join our team:

OTL licence and willing to obtain LLQP
Post secondary education.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Customer service experience min 2 years
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
