Job descriptionManage the entire recruitment process, from intake to offer Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to design tailored recruitment strategies Conduct structured interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit Deliver a smooth, professional, and human-centered candidate experience Source and attract top IT candidates using various tools, platforms, and proactive strategies Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database Share best practices with peers to elevate the team’s effectiveness Represent Exposant 3 professionally in interactions with both clients and candidates Onboard and guide junior recruiters when needed Help optimize our recruitment processes and contribute to knowledge sharing Participate in the evolution of our internal practices and tools ???? Skills & Requirements 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment 3+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles (developers, architects, DevOps, etc.) Experience working with private sector clients (corporate, SMEs, or startups) Excellent knowledge of IT profiles and tech terminology Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills French is a strong asset, but not required ????
