I'm looking for an IT infrastructure specialist for one of our customers in Montreal. This is a permanent position. Salary varies according to experience ($80,000 to $105,000) - based on 37.5 hours per week.

o Manage and optimize IT infrastructure

o Identify evolutionary projects to achieve the target infrastructure, and assess the effort, cost and risk of solutions and their impact on existing solutions.

o Ensure the monitoring, administration and maintenance of the entire network, anticipating problems and planning the necessary maintenance to avoid interruptions

o Manage Office 365 (O365) environments and work closely with the cybersecurity specialist to secure environments

o Manage computers, and other IT equipment specific to manufacturing and office environments

o Collaborate with internal teams to improve business processes and maximize system security and performance

o University degree in computer science

o 8 to 10 years' experience in the IT field.

o Knowledge of virtualization environments (VMWare)

o Good knowledge of : Microsoft (AD,Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Windows client and server)

o LAN and WAN networks

o Unix and Linux systems, middleware (Apache, tomcat, IIs), and multi-tier architectures

o Relevant experience in cloud and traditional management environments

o Ability to write architectures and solution diagrams

o Commvault and Zerto backup solutions

o Bilingualism (French and English) required for some conceived sites in USA
