Associate, Investor Relations & Capital Operations

Location : Toronto (In-Office)

We are seeking a self-motivated Associate, Investor Relations to support our client service and capital formation objectives. This is a brand new, in-person role, based in our Toronto office, and requires excellent analytical and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and an interest in private markets investing. The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful team player who is organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and take ownership of a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Onboarding & Capital Operations

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new investors across multiple private market vehicles, including KYC / AML coordination, subscription documentation, compliance checks, investor portal setup, and custodial workflows.
• Track, reconcile, and maintain accurate records of new capital inflows by investor, vehicle, platform, and distribution channels, ensuring consistency across internal systems, fund administrator records, and custodial platforms.
• Maintain internal AUM reporting and capital dashboards to support management reporting, forecasting, and capital-raising initiatives.
