Elite Developments is seeking an Partnerships & Communications Officer to manage investor communications and enhance our engagement with stakeholders. This role will be responsible for overseeing our partner management platform, Juniper Square, ensuring accurate data management, seamless investor reporting, and professional relationship-building. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing partner relations, maintaining compliance, and supporting the company’s strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Investor Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing timely and transparent updates on investment performance, distributions, and corporate developments.
• Juniper Square Management : Oversee the administration of Juniper Square, ensuring data, transactions, and communications are maintained with accuracy and efficiency.
• Reporting & Updates : Generate and distribute reports, financial summaries, and quarterly updates to provide stakeholders with clear insights into project and performance.
• Investor Onboarding : Manage the onboarding process, including document collection, accreditation verification, and compliance checks to ensure a seamless experience.
• Meeting Coordination : Organize meetings, calls, and presentations, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and post-meeting follow-ups.
• Presentation Preparation : Assist in developing data-driven presentations, reports, and decks that align with Elite Developments’ corporate strategy.
• Investor Support : Address inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
• Strategic Contribution : Support fundraising and capital-raising efforts by providing insights into trends, engagement metrics, and relationship management strategies.
• Compliance & Documentation : Ensure adherence to regulations, legal requirements, and internal policies to maintain operational integrity.
• Industry Awareness : Stay informed on real estate trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in investor relations to support continuous improvement.
