Job Description
Job Description
The Inventory Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring Rohit Homes has the right materials, at the right time, in the right quantities to support construction schedules and operational excellence. This role blends analytics, planning, and cross-functional coordination to reduce delays, optimize working capital, and keep our job sites moving.

This role requires a high degree of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate issues after they impact the build cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory levels across yards, warehouses, and job sites through regular audits and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock movements and investigate discrepancies to ensure real-time integrity of the inventory system.
- Analyze usage patterns to identify excess, obsolete, or at-risk inventory and recommend corrective actions.
