What you’ll do :
- You will collaborate with the Retail Accountants and Accounting Analysts over the entire life cycle of project initiatives and ensure business needs are met. You will review training materials and updates policies, or procedures as required and lead local Co-ops through the cleansing of historical data to ensure best practices are followed upon their conversion to JDE.
- You will support the change management process and act as a change agent for assigned initiatives by communicating the change impact.
- You will support the review of existing processes and propose updates and improvements to practices aligning with system changes prior to the technology implementation.
- You will participate in the review, training and analysis of fixed asset conversion data to reduce or eliminate any unnecessary variance amounts.
Who you’ll work with :
The Team : You will work closely with the retails across the CRS along with the Retail Accounting team and will report into the Manager of Retail Accounting Process Improvement. This team strives to cultivate a culture of teamwork and collaboration to provide the best and most accurate service to the CRS
The Collaborators : You will work closely with other functions in ourFinance business unit and collaborate across the organization with local Co-op leaders and other business unit leaders
