Votre mission

En tant que Directeur(trice) de compte VoIP – profil Hunter, vous serez au cœur du développement des affaires. Votre rôle : ouvrir de nouveaux comptes, créer des opportunités et propulser la croissance de SBK Telecom sur le marché des entreprises.

Responsabilités principales

  • Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients B2B (PME et grandes entreprises).
  • Identifier les décideurs clés et bâtir une relation de confiance dès le premier contact.
  • Comprendre les besoins en communication et connectivité des clients et proposer les solutions VoIP, Internet et infonuagiques adaptées.
  • Effectuer des présentations et démonstrations de nos solutions.
  • Rédiger et négocier des propositions commerciales jusqu’à la conclusion du contrat.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et de mise en service pour assurer un déploiement fluide.
  • Maintenir une veille active sur le marché pour repérer de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente mensuels et trimestriels.

Profil recherché

  • Solide expérience en développement des affaires B2B, idéalement dans le secteur des télécommunications, VoIP, Internet ou technologies de l’information.
  • Chasseur né : motivé par les résultats, la performance et la conquête de nouveaux marchés.
  • Excellent sens de la communication, de la persuasion et de la négociation.
  • Autonome, persévérant et orienté client.
  • Capacité à comprendre les enjeux technologiques et à vulgariser les solutions.
  • Bilingue (français et anglais)
