Our client is looking for a bilingual Paralegal in corporate and commercial law to assist its VP Legal Affairs and his team.

YOUR ROLE :
As a Paralegal in corporate law, you will manage legal and administrative files.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Preparing corporate documents (incorporation, registration, amending resolutions, minutes, annual reports, etc.);
- Manage companies' corporate deadlines;
- Participate in special projects;
- Ensure uniformity of corporate and legal documents;
- Perform searches in public registers;
- Request attestations and certificates of compliance;
- Maintain corporate records, including preparing resolutions and annual reports, as well as federal, provincial and extra-provincial declarations;
- Update minute books;
- Assist with SEDAR filings.
