YOUR ROLE :
As a Corporate Paralegal, your responsibilities will include :
Updating minute books, corporate records and related registries and making recommendations to remedy to irregularities;
Ensuring communication with regional and international teams;
Maintaining an up-to-date list of organizational changes within the company;
Taking charge of the corporate management of companies owned by the corporation;
Carrying out legal and company registry researching;
Ensuring that the database and reference documents are up to date;
Managing the internal organizations and external operations as a team.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- DCS in Paralegal technology or other combination of relevant training / experience;
- Experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong analytical and professional judgment skills;
- Diligence, thoroughness and initiative;
- Good communication skills;
- Capacity to take charge and manage projects and initiatives;
- Proactivity, versatility and sense of organization and priorities.
