Job descriptionMonitor and analyze the performance of the brands and markets concerned (ad hoc panels and surveys + competitive intelligence), predict their evolution (sales forecasts) and make recommendations Manage the brand on a daily basis : develop, implement and monitor various activation components (promotion, packaging, product) in collaboration with external suppliers and internal departments (product development, sales, purchasing) Help monitor and control the marketing budget on a regular basis (advertising, packaging design, promotions, surveys) and its impact on the brand’s P&L Actively participate in the development of the communication plan in collaboration with external suppliers Actively participate in strategic thinking and designing marketing plans in collaboration with the brand manager and senior brand manager Collaborate efficiently with the Danone Group’s global network (particularly the North America region) Bachelor’s degree (in progress) Bilingualism is an asset (English and French) Sense of responsibilities, commitment and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Autonomy, initiative Leadership and interpersonal skills

- Providing the company with an understanding of consumers’ needs, expectations and behaviours for their product line
- Actively participating in the marketing strategy; designing and implementing activation plans for their product line
- Closely monitoring the performance of their brands and of the competition through secondary data analysis
