Location : Canada (Ottawa, Toronto or Montreal)

Annual salary range : $55,000 to $60,000 CAD

Who we are

At CPCS, we’re collaborative, fun, and deeply dedicated advisors shaping the future of infrastructure—because the world depends on reliable infrastructure to function. Good infrastructure changes lives. It can mean :

  • Connecting people to family, work, healthcare, education, and more through safe, and reliable transit.
  • Creating access to clean sources of energy in countries where access is not commonplace, opening opportunities for the use of healthcare and education technologies.
  • Making better use of existing transport infrastructure through policy or regulatory solutions to reduce congestion.

Our mission is simple but powerful : Better infrastructure solutions = Better lives.

As a global, employee-owned consulting firm headquartered in Ottawa, Canada, we’ve completed over 1,700 projects across 120+ countries. With 170+ team members worldwide, CPCS brings deep expertise to transportation, energy, and public‑private partnership (PPP) projects that shape economies and communities.

If you thrive on intellectual curiosity, problem‑solving, and collaboration, you’ll find your place at CPCS.

Your work will span PowerPoint presentations (our design team’s core deliverable), infographics, reports, videos, digital collateral, and more.

If you’re a visual storyteller with advanced PowerPoint skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to balance creativity with strategy, this role is your opportunity to make an impact while supporting projects that drive positive change globally.

  • What you’ll do

  • Design and refine PowerPoint presentations for technical proposals and reports created by consultants
  • Develop and edit visual assets such as icons, infographics, maps, charts, and web graphics
  • Design visuals for digital platforms including LinkedIn and the company website, as well as print and PDF‑based collateral like brochures, reports, and cover pages

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or a related field
  • 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a marketing or communications environment
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills (presentations, templates, and data visualization)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document layout and formatting
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite : Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Experience creating infographics, digital collateral, video content, and high‑quality visual assets
  • Photo‑editing proficiency, especially for corporate headshots and marketing visuals
  • Keen attention to detail for accuracy and brand consistency
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Bilingual English and French
  • We’re looking for someone who

  • Has a clean design aesthetic and a passion for visual storytelling
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with overlapping deadlines
  • Can problem‑solve creatively and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Brings business and marketing acumen, understanding how design drives impact
  • Is a self‑starter with initiative and professionalism when working with stakeholders
  • Enjoys both independent work and cross‑team collaboration across time zones
  • Continuously seeks to grow their technical and creative skills
  • Support for you, professionally and personally

We’re not just about work—we’re about growth, impact, and meaningful connections.

    Professional growth

We support your growth and professional development by providing training, coaching, mentorship and regular feedback.

    Meaningful connection

We believe in engaging collaboratively with passionate, diverse and motivated clients, team members and stakeholders to understand various viewpoints.

    Greater impact

We believe in helping infrastructure leaders make more impactful decisions. Everything we do seeks to enable positive economic, social, and environmental impacts.

    Competitive compensation

We offer all team members competitive base salaries along with a benefits package that includes superior health and wellness programs. You could be eligible to receive a performance‑based bonus.
