Hays Recruitment has partnered with our client in Calgary who is presently seeking a Property Manager (Leasing) to join the growing team in Calgary properties.
Your new role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the leasing operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tenant relations, ensuring high occupancy rates, and maintaining the overall quality and profitability of the properties.
- Leasing Management :
- Oversee all leasing activities, including marketing available properties, conducting property tours, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Tenant Relations :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Property Maintenance :
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Financial Management :
- Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure timely collection of rent and other fees.
What you'll need to succeed
The Candidate must have at least Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or leasing, be licensed with RECA in Property Management and Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in property management software.
