ACCOUNTABILITIES : Daily
- Management of Properties and Facilities database.
- Approval of expenditures within level of authority.
- Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of contract and / or lease obligations and service issues.
- Manages environmental security and safety management strategies and initiatives.
- Manages preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain integrity of assets.
- Monitors and maintains capital and operational budgets requirements for retail / DRC locations and monitor and manage expenditures within budget constraints.
- Prepares cost estimates and project budgets.
- Responsible for providing facilities risk management direction.
- Approval of trade supplier and contractor invoices in accordance with project specifications. Review and approve change orders.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective working relations with internal and external stakeholders.

WORKING CONDITIONS :
This is a permanent full time position.
This job will involve travel locally regionally and nationally with the majority of the time spent in an office environment. Travel will expose individual to weather conditions and work in stores and DRC will require the wearing of steel toe safety shoes safety vests and dust masks where and as needed. Successful applicant will need to be prepared to respond after hours to emergencies.

Compensation :
The target hiring range for this position is $65776.57 to $82220.71 with a maximum of $98664.86.
Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions internal equity and candidate experience skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
