We have an exciting opportunity to join our Controls Department as we are actively recruiting for a Controls Integration Specialist responsible for integrating PLC and robotic control systems. This position reports to the Controls Integration Specialist Leader.

What we’re looking for Create, develop and integrate process and safety PLC programs using Studio5000 or Siemens TIA Portal Setup and troubleshoot machine communication protocols Design HMI graphics, system diagnostics, status and alarm messaging Integrate robots (Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, Nachi, Motoman, Panasonic etc.) for various process applications Configure and integrate vision systems Integrate servo and VFD systems Demonstrate proficiency across a variety of software platforms Perform machine start up and onsite commissioning at customers facilities (valid passport, driver’s license and ability to travel outside of Canada required) What you need to succeed Ability to work effectively in a team environment Maintain an excellent attitude in all situations Demonstrates a great work ethic and dedication Show genuine passion and enthusiasm for the job Additional Benefits Health, dental, vision care Life insurance Company matching pension plan Retirement benefits Tuition reimbursement Employee Profit Sharing Bonus Employee Assistance Plan Wellness Committee Wage Range: $25.00 - $43.00 / hour This position is to fill a current vacancy within our team.
