(RBC WMFS), you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Estate Planning Specialists (EPS) and RBC Dominion Securities Investment Advisors (IA) with their insurance policy reviews. You will be a proactive problem-solver, a relationship builder, and a team player with exceptional communication skills. If you’re ready to take on challenges, learn quickly, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you! What will you do?

• Provide the Book of Business listing to the EPS team and collaborate to identify high-priority policies (e.g., Universal Life YRT policies, Whole Life policies with loans or premium offsets).
• Gather and deliver essential documentation, including original illustrations, current statements, in-force illustrations, and Term renewal spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, track review progress, and set reminders for future policy reviews.
• Address questions or concerns related to policy reviews and ensure seamless support for the EPS team.
