Your Role: As an Insurance Benefits Specialist, you'll play a key role in connecting clients with the benefits that secure their future.
With our comprehensive training and support, you'll be set up for success from day one.
What You’ll Do: Guide clients through life insurance benefit enrollment processes Conduct consultations via Zoom, offering tailored life insurance solutions Explain and promote our range of life insurance products Process client applications and work with underwriters to finalize policies Continuously develop your skills through ongoing training and mentorship What You Need: HLLQP License (or a willingness to obtain one) Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset Basic tech setup: computer, smartphone, and reliable internet connection Eagerness to learn and grow in the life insurance industry What We Offer: Extensive training to make you an expert in life insurance Weekly pay plus performance-based bonuses and incentives Opportunities for residual income and career advancement Union-protected contract for job security Company-provided leads to fuel your success A supportive, positive team environment Ready to Get Started?
