Our Laval-based construction licensee is currently looking for its brand-new inside sales and Market Development Agent!

25 / hr to $26 / hr - permanent, full-time, daytime position (40h) - great, close-knit team with a superb corporate culture

A salary starting at $25 / hour
A stable schedule from Monday to Friday from 9 to 5 (and 1 hour of remote work on Saturday and Sunday)
Possibility of telecommuting 1 day a week
2 to 3 weeks of vacation per year

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this Inside Sales and Market Development role are :

In winter :

Support to the sales team

File management and follow-up

Call and call-back of customers to answer their questions and offer excellent customer service

Sales calls for customer loyalty

Sending and follow-up of renewal invoices

Work on CRM software for payments and billing follow-up

In summer :

Sale of new packages

Prospecting for new customers

Cold calling and warm calling

Qualifications

What you need to apply to the role of Inside Sales and Market Development Agent :

Experience as a salesperson and / or account manager

Good active listening skills

Innate versatility and attention to detail

Fluent French and advanced intermediate English

Experience with SAP or CRM software will be a strong asset

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multitask.
