Job descriptionLicensing : Property & Casualty (OTL) License preferred; or must obtain within 1 month of job offer. Financial Requirements : Minimum credit score of 650, no bankruptcy in the past 3 years, and no overdue debts in collections. Experience : Prior sales experience is a strong asset. Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and thrive in a goal-oriented environment. Base Salary : $46,000 - $52,000 Commissions & Bonuses : Unlimited earning potential. Hybrid Work Flexibility : Combination of in-office and remote work (available after 1 year of in office experience) Employee Benefits : $180 / month starting after 6-month probation. Paid Training & Career Development Opportunities . Paid Time Off : starting at 3 weeks of vacation + 3 paid sick days (up to 10 total unpaid). Apply Online – Submit your application to be considered. - Sales & Client Solutions : Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Commercial Insurance Solutions : Advise prospective and existing business clients on various commercial insurance products, including liability, property, and business interruption coverage.
- Customer Service Excellence : Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Business Development : Identify sales opportunities and contribute to the agency’s overall growth.
