Commercial Insurance Advisor – Brooks (Hybrid)

What your day might look like :

• Client Advisory & Support : Deliver tailored commercial insurance solutions to small and mid-sized business clients across various industries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Policy Servicing & Stewardship : Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
• Risk Assessment & Coverage Optimization : Collaborate with underwriters and account executives to assess client risk profiles and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with commercial clients, acting as a reliable point of contact for ongoing service and support.
• Operational Excellence : Support producers and senior advisors with quoting, documentation, and administrative tasks using systems such as EPIC and insurer portals.
• Business Development Support : Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and renewal strategies to help grow and retain commercial accounts.
