Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks : Ensure appropriate forms, medical examinations and other policy requirements are completed. Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features. Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance. Work conditions and physical capabilities : Attention to detail. Personal suitability : Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Experience : Experience an asset. Support for newcomers and refugees : Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and / or refugees. Support for youths : Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Support for Indigenous people : Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people. Support for mature workers : Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports mature workers .
