The Opportunity
We are seeking an Auto Damage Appraiser (Image Desk Appraiser) at our Markham Office. This is an opportunity to join a great company that values employee development, and promotes a positive work culture, where employees can do the best work of their lives.
What You’ll Do
- Review and evaluate electronic repair estimates in line with our Company and Departmental standards and guidelines
- Control the method and cost of repairs to motor vehicles by using established industry regulatory practices and corporate guidelines
- Complete total loss evaluations through market and Autosource search
- Complete remote appraisal(s)
- Be a team player and a thought leader in problem solving, leading by example, and ensure the end customer experience is a key objective
