Job description

Position : Policy Service Representative

Shift : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 6 : 30 PM EST - Remote (must reside in Ontario)

Salary : $22 / hr

Location : Ontario (Remote)

Industry : Insurance

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in English to a vast Canadian client base.
  • Manage new business, policy service, and claims while collaborating with various departments.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, processing emails, and responding to fax requests.
  • Guide families through sensitive situations, offering empathy and efficient support during difficult times.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless claims process and policy service.
  • Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, with superior reading and writing skills.
  • A background in customer service or insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, with a knack for active listening and problem-solving.
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and software.
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment, ready to collaborate for mutual success.
