Position : Procurement Analyst
Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Procurement Analyst to Join our team. This role involves supporting the procurement and supply chain functions by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize purchasing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience or practical knowledge in procurement, and data analysis, with a passion for leveraging technology to support business goals.
Job Type : Full-Time (Permanent)
Salary : $50k-$60k (based on experience)
Schedule : Monday to Friday (9 am-5 pm)
Work Location : In person, North York
Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze and review demand patterns, pricing, and purchasing trends to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models to ensure optimal inventory levels and procurement strategies.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer database to support sales and marketing efforts
- Assist the sales team by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct thorough market research, identify trends, and keep company data updated regularly.
- Use AI tools and technologies to gather, process, and analyze data for procurement and sales strategies.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards tailored to company needs, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to ensure seamless workflows and information sharing.
- Continuously learn and implement new tools, systems, and ERP software to improve procurement and operational processes.
