We are currently recruiting for a Bilingual Adjuster Support person to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days in the office per week. The successful applicant will create a positive impression and welcoming reception while performing several administrative duties including : greeting and directing visitors, answering and forwarding telephone calls, and providing information over the phone. Additional responsibilities will include file set up, data entry, dicta-typing, and file management while performing general administrative duties. 1-2 years experience providing administrative support in a professional office environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHas a good background in transcription both in French and EnglishKnowledge of the insurance industry will be considered an assetBilingual in French and EnglishProven organizational skillsProfessional telephone mannersExcellent transcribing skills with a typing rate of 50 wpmAdvanced computer skills including Office 365Must be a flexible team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
