As a Customer Support Coach, you will be the first line of response to our customers over the phone, email, and chat. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that they and their clients have a world-class experience with Trainerize, our fitness-focused SaaS platform.

What You’ll Do :

Trial Support : Help customers navigate our free trial and coach them on how Trainerize can benefit their business.
Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries using our playbooks and help them solve challenges related to our platform.
Customer Feedback : Act as the voice of the customer, escalating issues and feature requests to our product and development teams.
Master Trainerize : Become an expert on our platform and share your knowledge with the team.

What You’ll Need :

Experience with ZenDesk, Hubspot, and Slack

Fitness-related background

0-2+ years customer service experience

Salaries are based on candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada-based candidates for this position is $41,000 - $49,400 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Certain positions are also eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
