Position Overview : The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for developing a team of highly productive sales representatives that meet and exceed revenue targets while promptly and professionally addressing the needs of prospective and existing customers. The Sales Manager will be tasked with driving sales initiatives, revenue growth and client retention strategies. Other duties include providing coaching and mentoring to all sales staff, providing motivation and encouragement, and maintaining exceptional standards and accountability amongst the sales team. Additionally, the Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day tactical duties in the management of the client portfolio. These include daily production reporting, provision of ad hoc reports as required, day-to-day interaction with the client to ensure all pertinent correspondence is communicated to all functional areas. The Sales Manager is required to liaise with internal co-workers to ensure set goals and objectives from all functional areas are performed to meet the client’s expectations and to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
