Job descriptionDevelop and maintain cloud architecture and design documentation. Ensure that cloud solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure using industry best practices. Monitor cloud services to ensure optimal performance and availability. Implement automation and orchestration tools to streamline cloud operations. Ensure that cloud solutions comply with industry standards and regulations. Implement security measures to protect cloud-based data and applications. Conduct regular security assessments and audits. Monitor and analyze cloud service performance metrics. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising performance. Work closely with IT and other departments to support cloud initiatives. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Conduct training sessions to enhance cloud-related skills within the organization. If you feel you have the equivalent skills, please apply Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in cloud-based infrastructure. Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior role. Extensive hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, M365, etc. Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud. Proficient in cloud security principles, including best practices and compliance standards. Experienced with Windows and Linux-based systems and environments. Skilled in data analytics platforms such as Databricks and Power BI. Hands-on expertise with Azure Lighthouse for multi-tenant management. Competent in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation. Knowledgeable in containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. Familiar with DevOps methodologies and associated toolchains. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Azure Administrator Associate. Agile, innovative, responsive, can adapt quickly, and embrace continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving and ownership of outcomes. Able to effectively manage competing demands, rapidly shifting priorities, and high-pressure moments. Experience supporting operations with 5,000+ users, showcasing strong technical acumen and operational efficiency. Data-informed analytical problem-solving and decision-making. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Occasional travel to branch sites. Hybrid / flexible work arrangements are available. Participation in on-call rotation for critical incident response. Dynamic and fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities based on business needs and emerging opportunities.

We are looking for a Sr. Cloud Services Analyst to join BrokerLink and work out of Alberta, Ontario or our Atlantic region on a Permanent FT basis .
The Sr. Cloud Services Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of the organization. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that cloud services are aligned with business objectives and are optimized for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
