Purpose :
Reporting to the CFO, the Director of IT ensures seamless IT operations, drives technology strategy, and fosters innovation to support business growth and security.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design and implement IT roadmaps covering people, processes, and technology.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and business processes.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, networks, and security.
- Ensure robust service delivery, system uptime, and budget adherence.
- Implement cybersecurity measures and IT policies for risk mitigation.
- Lead cloud adoption, AI / ML integration, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with department leaders on scalable, cost-effective IT solutions.
- Supervise IT teams across system architecture, applications, and helpdesk.
- Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and technology investments.
