In this critical role, you'll leverage your expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, focusing on electrical systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on complex electrical distribution systems
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment and controls
- Install and modify electrical systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in rotating 12-hour shifts to support 24 / 7 operations
