About Our Client : Our client is a leading luxury hospitality group with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences. Known for their attention to detail and innovative approach, they are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to support the companies marketing initiatives.

Job Summary : Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Manager will oversee the marketing department, creating and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth with a customer-centric approach. This role requires a leader with experience in all aspects of marketing, from digital to traditional platforms, while maintaining budgetary accountability.

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Location : On-Site in Niagara Corporate Office

Compensation : Competitive base salary + incentive plan + RRSP + health benefits

Your Day to Day will include :

• Strategy & Planning :

In coordination with the VP of Sales and Marketing, develop and execute comprehensive marketing and brand strategies for the properties' hotels, spas, and restaurants.

Lead digital, print, radio, TV (linear and streaming), and social media marketing efforts.

Write press releases and initiate media events.
