Role Overview
As a Bilingual Manager in Assurance, you will lead client engagements, drive business development, and mentor teams while ensuring high‑quality service and profitability. Your work will span multiple industries and reporting frameworks, challenging you to grow professionally in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute client engagements across varying reporting frameworks and industries
- Contribute to new business development and promote Doane Grant Thornton services
- Act as a leader within the business unit, service line, and firm, supporting the office business plan
- Maximize engagement profitability by managing resources effectively
- Plan and lead teams to exceed client expectations
- Supervise and mentor accounting and auditing teams, including file review
- Provide coaching and performance management, conducting timely reviews and training
