About the Position :
We are seeking a talented Permanent Full-time "Customer Service Representative" who possesses a strong commitment to work and who thrives in a busy, challenging, team-oriented environment. No Outbound or Cold Calling to Customers
All Inbound Calls only! Quality Customer Service Driven and not Sales Driven
Position is Full-Time 40 Hours and 5 days a week.
Normal Office hours of 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer phones and respond to Customer requests
- Look up part and model numbers for applicable Appliances
- Place Customer orders in computer system
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate Employee or Branch
- Identify, Research, and Resolve customer issues using the computer system
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :
Expected start date : ASAP
