Requirements :

• Manage and track the movement of all incoming goods from international suppliers.

• Monitor shipping schedules, customs documentation, and freight forwarding to ensure smooth and efficient importation processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders.
• Communicate with vendors to address shipment delays, discrepancies, or issues, ensuring quick resolution.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and customs requirements.
• Handle all necessary documentation such as import declarations, invoices, packing lists, and any other paperwork needed to clear goods through customs.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to track shipments and maintain proper inventory levels.
