SUMMARY
The Senior Indoor Environments Specialist is responsible to provide competent project management, field assessments, technical field support, data interpretation, and technical reporting / consultation on indoor environments projects. This role is also responsible for contributing to the identification of project opportunities, proposal preparation and solution development and program execution and management during the implementation stages.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrates strong, competent leadership for team members to guide them in reaching their full potential and meeting their objectives, which supports achievement of our corporate goals. Specifically, these responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Full involvement with recruiting talent.
- Provides mentoring, coaching and guidance to all team members.

- Manages all aspects of performance.
