Job descriptionLicensed mechanic (313A) Have your Gas Fitters license, G2 is preferred Working at Heights will be required / provided. 5+ Year experience in Mechanical controls / BAS Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills Working knowledge of the equipment needed for the job Ability to work independently without much supervision Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces Driver's license and a clean drivers abstract This role involves a regional territory of no more than 90 minutes from reporting location in Mississauga Ability to effectively manage time Competitive Salary Comprehensive Benefits Package Profit Sharing Opportunities Tuition Reimbursement Oppurtunities for growth and advancement
Job Description
- Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of HVAC equipment
- Perform scheduled and emergency service on a variety of HVAC equipment
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to interpret drawings and manuals
- Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
- Order parts needed for repairs if needed
- Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
- Complete reports for work recommended
- Explain issues with equipment and repairs
- Build and maintain relationships local staff
