As a Senior / Lead HVAC Installer (Gas B), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality installations while mentoring others and contributing to a high-performing, customer-focused team. About the Role In this position, you will lead the professional installation of HVAC systems and related equipment, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will also act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing clear guidance on system operation, maintenance, and energy-efficient upgrades.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm. During peak season (May to August) installers must be available for evening and weekend installs as needed, outside of peak season weekend work is on rotation.
Compensation includes… - A base wage between $49hr – $55hr

Key Responsibilities: - Install HVAC systems and accessory components in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Ensure all installations operate safely while instructing customers on proper use and maintenance
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional service delivery
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that enhance system performance and efficiency
- Educate customers on the benefits of modern, energy-efficient equipment
- Adhere strictly to all safety standards and protocols
- Support a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on delivering exceptional service
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment in safe, clean, and organized condition
- Contribute to overall team success through lead generation and performance-driven results
What You Bring - A growth-oriented mindset with the ambition to continuously improve and advance
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HVAC installation
- Valid Class B Gasfitter certification
- Strong technical expertise combined with exceptional customer service skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance expectations
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Dependable, professional, and results-driven approach
- Physical capability to perform installation work in diverse environments
