Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the full recruitment process, from developing job descriptions to negotiating offers
- Align with hiring managers for the onboarding process
- Act as a point of contact for legal and employment issues across various countries
- Coordinate various HR activities (performance reviews, succession planning, salary reviews, policy updates)
- Provide guidance to leadership on various employee development topics
- Assist with HR administration (benefits plans and contracts, HRIS support, reporting and audits)
- Work with finance to conduct payroll related items
