Job descriptionDiplôme de baccalauréat ou certificat en ressources humaines ou un domaine connexe de préférence / Bachelor’s degree or certificate in human resources or related field preferred . 3 ans ou plus d’expérience dans un rôle en ressources humaines / 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role . Connaissance approfondie des processus et de la réglementation en ressources humaines au Québec / Strong knowledge of Human Resources processes and regulations in Quebec . Excellentes habiletés de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en français et en anglais / Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (French and English) . Capacité de traiter des informations confidentielles avec discrétion / Ability to handle confidential information with discretion . Forte attention au détail et sens de l’organisation / Strong attention to detail and organizational skills . Expérience avec les syndicats CCQ (domaine de la construction) est un atout / Experience with CCQ union (construction field) is a plus .
Généraliste en Ressources Humaines / Human Resources Generalist
Responsabilités / Responsibilities :
- Gérer / Manage le cycle complet des processus de recrutement et d’accueil, incluant l’affichage des postes vacants / posting job openings , le filtrage des CV / screening resumes , mener les entrevues / conducting interviews , et présenter des offres d’emploi / making job offers .
- Administrer / Administer les programmes d’avantages sociaux des employés et s’assurer avec précision de l’admissibilité et des embauches appropriées / ensure accurate eligibility and appropriate enrollment .
- Tenir à jour / Maintain les dossiers des employés et veiller à la conformité / ensure compliance avec toutes les lois et règlements applicables.
- Assister / Assist avec les questions de relations professionnelles, incluant la résolution de conflits et les mesures disciplinaires / conflict resolution and disciplinary actions .
- Coordonner / Coordinate les initiatives de formation et de développement afin d’améliorer les compétences et les connaissances des employés / enhance employees’ skills and knowledge .
- Soutenir / Support les projets de ressources humaines tels que l’élaboration de politiques / policy development , la gestion du rendement / performance management , et les initiatives d’engagement des employés / employee engagement initiatives .
- Tenir à jour / Maintain les bases de données des ressources humaines pour assurer l’exactitude des informations sur les employés / accurate employee information .
- Mettre à jour continuellement / Continual updating of les descriptions de tâches.
- Capable d’accomplir / Able to accomplish les tâches susmentionnées dans un environnement multi-entreprises avec des établissements à travers le Canada / a multi-company environment with locations across Canada .
- Assister / Assist avec les événements corporatifs organisés par les ressources humaines / HR-organized corporate events .
