Job description

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support their HR team. This on-site contract role requires experience with ADP and MS Office, and involves data entry, onboarding, employee documentation, and recruitment support.

Responsibilities :

Enter data into ADP and ATS systems.
Assist with onboarding and performance management documentation.
Maintain employee files and assist with recruitment.
Prepare training materials and certificates.
Provide reception coverage and support HR filing tasks.
Ad-hoc duties as requested.

Qualifications :

Experience with ADP and MS Office Suite is a huge asset.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to learn quickly and handle a variety of HR-related tasks.

Friendly, go-getter attitude with a strong willingness to work hard.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.

Available to start immediately.
