Human Resources Manager
Permanent position - Ville St-Laurent
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager for a fast-growing family business, a leader in international transport with almost 300 employees across Canada. This strategic position, based in Montreal, offers a unique opportunity to structure and develop the HR function within a dynamic and expanding organization. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English preferred), adapt well to a family culture and have experience in HR management.
The Human Resources Manager will be the company's highest HR level and will play a key role in the organization's growth, particularly through acquisitions. The position focuses on strategic HR initiatives, including talent development, performance management, compensation and employee relations management. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and development potential. This person will manage an HR Coordinator who has been in the job for almost 2 years.
