This is a full time long term job opportunity with a local security company – you will be a key member of our Human Resources department! All applicants MUST have some supervisory or management experience.
The pay rate for this position starts at $23 / hour and we pay weekly every Friday! Get your 1st day’s pay after your 2nd shift with our Quick Start Pay Program!
This is a hybrid in-office position that runs Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Your duties will include hiring and scheduling security guards, arranging training, and enforcing policies. You will also act as a liaison to clients, prioritizing your availability to discuss any expectations and concerns they may have regarding guard schedules, performance, pay rates and invoices.
Requirements :
At least 2 years of previous operational management experience, or management experience working in high demand fast paced environment
Experience working with and leading multiple staff under your supervision.
Complex scheduling experience (2 years preferred)
Knowledge of payroll and how to operate scheduling and payroll software.
