Wages
- For Registered Nurses (RN)-This position offers a competitive compensation grid, the hourly range is $31.15 to $46.00 and the general visit rate is $27.00 to $39.87.
- For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) - This position offers a competitive compensation grid, the hourly range is $26.38 to $32.40 and the general visit rate is $22.97 to $28.62.
What The Role Involves
- Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
- Working with patients (both in-person and virtually) to provide exceptional nursing services
- Providing services in a variety of settings which may include in-home, clinic, retirement home or school
- Communicating and liaising with patients, family members and others within the interdisciplinary care team
- Performing other clinical duties as required
What You Bring
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
- Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
- A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s license and vehicle as regular travel is required
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
- To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
