Job description

Oracle HCM - Canada (Remote)

Role : Oracle HCM

Location : CANADA (Remote)

Visa Status : CANADA Work permit / Citizen / PR

Pay Rate : $55 - $65 / hr

Travel : Not Required

Responsibilities :

Configure and implement various Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze HR functional requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
Participate in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations including requirement gathering, system design, data conversion, testing, and go-live support.
Perform gap analysis between existing HR processes and Oracle HCM Cloud best practices and recommend solutions.
Assist in setting up security roles, approval workflows, and HCM Extracts. Support data migration efforts including data mapping, cleansing, and validation using HDL (HCM Data Loader).
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues in Oracle HCM modules.
Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud updates and quarterly releases to assess impacts and enhancements.
