As a member of the Human Resources Organization, the Director will be responsible for providing strategic people solutions and guidance to assigned leaders and business segments. The HR Director will develop, guide, and execute initiatives in culture, change management, strategic coaching, talent assessment and development, succession, and performance management to drive high performance within a diverse workforce in a fast-paced, emerging enterprise.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coach and advise leaders across multiple functions / departments to foster a high-performance culture through talent management, performance management, and leadership development.
- Identify and implement HR solutions that support the company's business objectives.
- Participate as a key member of the leadership team, providing progressive people solutions such as talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structuring to enhance business impact.
- Collaborate with Centers of Expertise to develop holistic HR strategies that support enterprise, area, and functional objectives.
- Lead or participate in HR projects as assigned by senior leadership.
- Manage, develop, and coach HR team members, including performance management.
- Propose HR solutions and organizational changes based on analysis of business needs and opportunities.
- Create clear, impactful written and oral presentations; provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Deliver HR solutions that are value-added, measurable, and aligned with business goals.
- Advise management on employment legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Lead organizational change initiatives aligned with the company's strategic framework.
- Identify and implement innovative ideas to adapt to changing work demands.
- Partner with the HR team to identify and prioritize process improvements and new initiatives.
- Manage talent through succession planning, learning, and employee development programs.
